Ever seen a garden with a fort inside, come to Delhi
Lodhi Garden located in Central Delhi, dates back to the Lodhi Kings. I had never been here before and i must say it is very well kept. Actually kind of a lovers lane for couples from what i came across. The pictures came out good due to the nice weather our fair city has been having lately.

lodhi garden is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L its near my place..i go there for walks pretty often

Well for all the people who love Delhi.....Hip Hip Hurray....Come show us a place better than that. I also love collecting photographs of delhi and gardens. infact I just started you can see them at mayank.kharayat.googlepages.com (Iam still preparing that site but you can anytime go and visit the photographs on the left side of the site....ENJOY!!! Delhi is the best place to be in

Established in the 15th and the 16th centuries by the Sayyids and Lodis, the vast grounds of Lodi Garden are famous among the joggers of the nearby areas. Carefully kept gardens and the medieval monuments lend a charm to these gardens.

Thanx for posting such beuatiful and amazing pictures of this great historical garden.
Equally favourite among people of ages, this garden is like a little oasis in the middle of Delhi and over the years it is turning out as a place where Delhites come to escape the noise, pollution and traffic of the big city.
From the point of view of a photographer, the garden can be compared with the Disneyland! Here one can spend his all day photographing, birds, monuments, fluoro and fauna.
